These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Spiffy Tec LLC ("Spiffy Tec," "we," "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Spiffy Tec builds and hosts websites, booking platforms, and related tools for businesses. Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines are set out in your plan or a separate agreement. Plans are billed as described at checkout and in the sections below.
Pricing and billing
Current pricing (subject to change as described below):
- Get started. A one-time $49.99 covers domain registration, setup, and your first month live.
- Ongoing hosting. After the first month, your site runs on month-to-month hosting quoted to your business and billed monthly. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel with 30 days notice.
- When billing starts. The recurring plan begins when your site goes live, not at signup. It starts on a 30-day trial, so the first recurring charge lands about 30 days after launch.
- Domain renewal. Your first year of domain registration is included in the get-started fee. After that, your domain renews automatically each year at our cost plus a small markup, billed as a separate annual charge that begins about 12 months after launch. The exact amount depends on your domain extension and is shown before you are charged.
- Booking and Sales. A processing fee on your sales (collected through Stripe), with a monthly minimum. We share the exact numbers on a quick call. We also run an ad fund for you.
- Add-ons and scale-up plans. More pages, AI tools, and SEO are quoted per project.
- Domains. The $49.99 covers a standard domain. Pricier extensions add their extra cost so we never register a domain below cost.
Cancellation and refunds
- Plans are month to month. You can cancel with 30 days notice, and billing stops at the end of that period.
- The $49.99 get-started is non-refundable. If your exact domain cannot be registered, we do not refund it. Instead we onboard you and help you pick a strong alternative at no extra cost, and it still covers your setup and first month.
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded for partial months.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and keep your account details current.
- Use our services lawfully and not to send spam or unlawful content.
- Only submit a phone number you are authorized to use.
SMS messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these messaging terms.
- Program description. Spiffy Tec LLC sends booking confirmations and reservation updates to subscribers who opt in.
- Cost.Message and data rates may apply. Spiffy Tec does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
- Frequency. Message frequency may vary based on your activity and bookings.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, or email abdul@spiffytec.com for assistance.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
- Consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Your mobile information is handled per our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiffy Tec is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
